Outer wall made of Stainless Steel (SS-430) and inner chamber is made up of Stainless Steel (SS-304 grade). The unit is insulated with PUF for minimal thermal losses. It requires plain tap water connection.Ice flakes coming out from the crushing assembly only within 25 minutes and are collected in a collecting bin for ready use. Continuous availability of Ice Flakes till the machine is on. Unit gets automatically cut off when the collecting bin is full of ice flakes thereby saving the power consumption. Collecting bin is fully insulated with 'PUF' which prevents melting of ice flakes. Indigenously designed and manufactured unit with INDIAN components which are readily available for replacement. Well balanced refrigeration system with hermetic sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor assembly & NON-CFC refrigerant gas to cool the crusher assembly for producing ice. Crusher assembly is made of Stainless Steel and is driven by heavy duty induction motor coupled to reduction gear. Crusher assembly is supplied with water from in-built water collecting tank, which is fitted with a float valve for regulating water supply. Drain at the bottom of the collecting tank is also provided. CFC Free ECO-Friendly Compressor
